Active Duty and Family Members

Welcome to Fox Army Health Center!

Part of our mission is to ensure that you remain healthy and ready to deploy. We are part of TRICARE, the military’s health plan. We provide excellent health care for:

  • AD members
  • AD members’ family members who are enrolled in TRICARE Prime
  • North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)
  • Survivors of sponsors who die on AD
  • Secretary of the Army Designees (Letter required)
  • Discharged female members who require maternity care
  • Members of the Uniformed Services Reserve Components, National Guard and Reserve
  • Members of the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (SROTC)
  • TAMPS and Family members; 180 days after release
  • Approved Line of Duty (LD)
  • ADME (Active Duty Medical Extension)
  • MRP (Medical Retentions Program)

A valid ID card and enrollment in DEERS will establish beneficiary eligibly.
