TRICARE Online Instructions for Beneficiaries Assigned to Fox Army Health Center

FAHC is closed the first Thursday of the month for training. Clinics are also closed on Federal holidays.

Fox Army Health Center strives to provide beneficiaries with timely, efficient quality care in a safe and comfortable environment by our well-trained staff. The clinic works continually to reduce customer wait times.

Fox Army Health Center has employed centralized appointing services for all primary care appointing. All appointments will be booked through Patient Appointing Services (PAS) (256) 955-8888, or toll free at 1-800-223-9531.

All appointments will be booked according to access to care categories:

Acute: 24 hours

Routines: 7 days

Well: 28 days

Established: 28 days

Fox Army Health Center Schedule Update

As a Reminder, the Health Center is closed on the first Thursday afternoon of every month, Saturday, Sunday, and all federal holidays. Advice Nurses are available during non-duty hours at (256) 955-8888 or 1-800-223-9531 to provide care advice. Fox is an ambulatory care clinic and does not have an emergency room. In an emergency, dial 911.
